Identification of tourism and culture components of the Master Plan for Spike Island, including a Fort Museum (as part of the team led by Scott Tallon Walker, 2012), and preparation of a detailed business plan and successful grant application for the Museum, Spike Island won the award for Europe’s Leading Visitor Attraction in 2017.
