Joint Managing Director of CHL & Associations, Freya is a UCD graduate and member of Mensa with over 25 years experience in tourism development and innovation, research, strategy, planning and marketing. Her work portfolio includes market analysis, sector-specific studies, business planning, feasibility plans, options appraisals and county tourism plans. Prior to joining CHL, she worked with Fáilte Ireland in a number of roles - Destination Development Manager, Heritage Manager, and Innovation & Proposition Development Manager.
Freya has a thorough understanding of tourism and of the wide range of players that are involved in successfully delivering a tourism experience. She has a special interest in cultivating innovation in the industry, through consumer insight and comparator study, and her experience in strategy development is particularly valuable in informing business development.
